About

Palm Harbor Library is diligently working to raise funds for its capital improvement projects such as a new roof estimated at $340,000. The funding is necessary because the library does not receive any County tax-based assistance for building upgrades. To that end, the library will be holding its first annual cultural fundraising event entitled, “An artPHL Afternoon”.

"An artPHL Afternoon" will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017, 2-5 pm at Palm Harbor Library. The day will include ten local artists of various media presenting and demonstrating their work accompanied by classical music (cello and pianist), a silent auction of various art works, finger foods, fine beverages and more. It is part of the library’s continuing effort to become one of the cultural destinations in Palm Harbor.

Due to the nature of this elegant event, attendance is limited to 18 years old and over.

The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.
